About Our Team
John a Co-Founder of Seacoast Equity Group. He is responsible for the firm’s operational procedures and developing Seacoast Equities’ portfolio, as well as managing relationships with strategic vendors and partners.

Having worked in the office equipment industry prior to co-founding Seacoast Equity Group, John managed the daily operations and finances for an office equipment vendor between two branch locations in Maine and New Hampshire. He currently works as the Director of Real Estate for a national dermatology company overseeing ground-up development, renovation, new practice expansion, as well as facilities management of over 20 locations in the Northeast and Midwest managing leasing negotiations and renewals for the company.

John holds a B.S. in Business Management & Finance, with a Minor in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. John was also a Board Member of the UNH Entrepreneurship Club and is a licensed REALTOR® in New Hampshire. Born and raised in Southern New Hampshire, John is an avid boater, snowboarder, and enjoys being outdoors.

Joe is a licensed Broker in NH and a long-time real estate investor. He serves as an advisor to Seacoast Equity Group, bringing 40+ years of experience in real estate investing to the team. He started with single- & multifamily, farms, vacation properties, land development, and construction in the New England Region. In 1983, he shifted his focus to commercial investment properties and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Joe has been a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors for many years and was awarded the prestigious Counselor of the Year award in 2012. This award is the highest honor given by the Society to the member who consistently demonstrates a productive record of ethical business practices. Joe is currently serving on the Board of Governors and is the Chairperson for the Education Committee for the Society of Exchange Counselors.

Paul is a Co-Founder of Seacoast Equity Group, focusing on monitoring deal pipeline and modeling cash flows for potential acquisitions. Other responsibilities include the implementation of capital improvements, leasing, and portfolio management.

Having worked as a real estate agent on the Seacoast of NH, Paul brings extensive market knowledge. Prior to becoming an agent, Paul helped to manage a large-scale commercial real estate project, facilitating capital and tenant improvements for a large manufacturing facility. Following this experience, Paul joined State Street Bank working on a team managing private equity investments. Paul is an experienced hand in partnership accounting and formation.

Paul attended the University of New Hampshire, earning a B.S Degree in Economics. He completed his licensing while attending the University and joined a local brokerage shortly after. On his days off he enjoys skiing, hiking, and boating on the coast of New Hampshire.
